Stunning views, mixed experiences

Waking up to breathtaking views of Old Town Square was magical. The communal kitchen became a delightful setting where we shared breakfast with other guests and swapped travel stories.

However, our last day was marred by non-functioning Wi-Fi and communication issues with the reception. Plus, finding used false eyelashes upon arrival was off-putting.

Stunning views right from the family suite's window. The location offers immediate access to vibrant Christmas markets, and breakfast delivery adds a touch of elegance to the experience.

The check-in process proved confusing since it required walking through a busy restaurant, which detracted from the overall first impression. Housekeeping services, limited to only once every five days, may leave some guests feeling neglected, especially for those staying shorter periods. Additionally, room noise from both the restaurant and street could disrupt sleep for lighter sleepers, and the lack of an elevator makes lugging bags up the stairs a challenge.

Excellent hotel with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a lovely bar area. The staff helped me find great places to eat during my first stay. A must-visit for a city trip!

The location is amazing, right in the center, and the room was huge enough for our family of six-two large beds and a sofa opened up to a comfy spot. Plus, they had this free laundry service which saved us a ton of hassle, it felt like a little gift amidst our travels!

It was a bit on the pricey side but still worth it.

Fantastic breakfast, friendly staff, excellent location.

The prime location of the residence made my stay exceptional. Being just steps away from the Old Town Square and the Astronomical Clock was amazing. I enjoyed the large room with plenty of space. The balcony offered a beautiful overlook of the square, perfect for people-watching. The staff at the Emblem Hotel were very helpful in facilitating check-in and managing luggage. However, the check-in process required going to the hotel first, which felt inconvenient, especially late at night. Also, the lack of an elevator was challenging, particularly when arriving with heavy luggage. The bathroom design left something to be desired. a shower would have been more practical than the high-step bathtub. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, but some improvements could definitely elevate the stay further.
